This includes the clear stamp set, Toxic Treats, the Accessory Pack and the Printer’s Tray
I have this complete kit and will give it away to the winner in my “drawing” on October 1st, 2012.
This first contest, in celebration of my new blog, is only for the ladies in the Colorado Springs area.
All you have to do to win is “Follow” my blog. Scroll down the right hand side of the page and click on the word “follow”, which means you would like to receive an email whenever I post something new to my blog. Enter your email address and you will be entered in the drawing. Easy!!!
Thank you in advance and Good Luck!
The cardstock for this card is Early Espresso. If you haven’t noticed, in the new Holiday Catalog, on page 6, there is a new card stock called Core’dinations. The top layer of this card was made by running this new paper through the Big Shot with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder found on page 33 in the Holiday Catalog. I used our Stampin’Sanding Block from page 6, to sand the grooves.
On page 18 we now have Champagne Glimmer Paper. I wanted some of my other leaves to be different colors so I took our Silver Glimmer Paper, cut a few small pieces that would fit over the leaves on the Autumn Accents Bigz Die, page 33. To change the color I added a couple of drops of 91% alcohol into a small lid, then I added two or three drops of re-inker, depending on how dark you want the color. I used a small brush to spread the color on the silver glimmer paper. It dries quickly and leaves a nice even color. I wanted a little more definition so I used a dauber to add some darker edges.
The button is our new Brushed Bronze color on page 32 of the Holiday Catalog. I used a little bit of linen thread to the button.
The greeting is from the “From My Heart” stamp set on page 139 in our regular catalog and I cut it out with one of the Apothecary Accent Framelits on page 191, also in our regular catalog.
